Pinnacle Pools & Spas — SMS Messaging Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Pinnacle Pools & Spas website (pinnaclepoolsandspas.com) or by submitting any contact form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or submit any forms.

Program Description: By opting into our SMS program, you will receive recurring automated and manually-sent text messages from Pinnacle Pools & Spas, including pool design consultations, project quotes, appointment scheduling and reminders, promotional offers and seasonal specials, and customer service communications related to your inquiry.

3. Opt-Out Instructions You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, we will send you a final confirmation SMS confirming you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
